Joan S. Crawford, D.O., F.A.C.C., F.A.S.E.
Dr. Crawford attended medical school at Nova-Southeastern University in Florida. She completed her internship at Flint Osteopathic Hospital. She completed her residency in internal medicine, a fellowship in cardiology, and a post fellowship sabbatical at Henry Ford Hospital and University of Michigan.
Dr. Crawford is the Medical Director for Go Red for Women, American Heart Association Greater Detroit Area. She is the Director of the Women’s Program at St John Macomb-Oakland Hospitals and is the Director of Cardiac CT angiography, Non-Invasive Laboratory, Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Pacemaker Clinic at St. John Macomb-Oakland, Oakland Center.

William J. Cushing, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Cushing is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.

Edouard Daher, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.V.M.
Dr. Daher received his medical degree from St. Joseph University in Beirut. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at Yale University School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in vascular medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital of Boston, and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Daher is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Vascular Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, The American College of Cardiology, and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He has presented at numerous national and international meetings and received the Young Investigator Award.

Thomas P. Davis, M.D.
Dr. Davis attended medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada. He completed his residency in internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Davis is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Davis is the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and the Director of Peripheral Interventions and Disease at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. He holds staffing privileges at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Mt Clemens Regional Medical Center, Harper Hospital and William Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe.
Dr. Davis’ special areas of interest are peripheral arterial disease non-surgical limb salvage. He has been a pioneer in lower extremity arterial disease and stenting as well as carotid artery stenting. He sits on scientific advisory boards for interventional device development; is involved in multiple clinical trials for new technology in endovascular therapies and lectures nationally. He is also Director of the Detroit Chapter of “Save a Limb, Save a Life”.

Dr. Dudar received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Rosman graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Emory University.
Dr. Rosman is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is the program director for the Cardiology Fellowship at St. John Hospital and Medical Center and is Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at Wayne State University Medical School. He is the president of the Michigan Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and past president of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of the American Heart Association.

Dr. Rosman is a general cardiologist with special interest in helping patients who have valvular heart disease, heart muscle disorders (cardiomyopathies), and cardiac or peripheral vascular disease. In addition to whatever advanced or intensive therapies are necessary, he and his patients work together on vigorous preventive strategies related to diet and exercise.
Salem N. Sayar, M.D.
Dr. Sayar is an electrophysiologist . He received his electrophysiology degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to that, he received his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and his cardiology fellowship at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
Dr. Sayar specializes in complex abnormal heart rhythms and ablations including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. His expertise also includes heart failure device therapy such as resynchronization (Bi-ventricular devices), defibrillators (ICDs), and pacemakers.
Dr. Sayar is board certified in Clinical Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Heart Rhythm Society, the American Medical Association and the American College of Cardiology. He has lectured nationally and has co-authored multiple publications on cardiac arrhythmias, pacemakers, defibrillators and general cardiology topics.
